Full Paper

Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers to CESEE 2026. All papers, including the ones for special sessions and workshops should adhere to the guidelines described here. Papers not respecting the formatting instructions or page limits may be rejected without review.

* All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results. Full manuscript submitted to the conference must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

* The paper must be written in English, with a minimum length of 6 pages and a maximum of 12 pages (including figures, tables, and references). If they exceed 6 pages, author must pay extra fee 60 USD for per paper.

* References of full papers must fulfill the following criteria:
a) The references must contain timely, accurate and relevant references.
b)References must contain the full title of the cited article.
c) A maximum of 15 references per article is allowed, with only a maximum of 3 citations to proceedings articles and maximum 3 self-citations allowed for the same author.

* It is required that at least one author of every accepted paper must register and give presentation (oral/poster) at the conference.

Abstact

For those papers do not want to be published but presenting and discussing at the conference, you can submit an abstract first, for presentation only. Your abstract will not be published but only included in the conference program book.

Submission Methods

Once you prepared your paper, please submit your full paper or abstract via submission sysytem.

* The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
